Our bodies possess an incredible capacity to sense and respond to energy, including the subtle shifts in our environment. Toxic energy, often associated with negativity, stress, or emotional turmoil, can manifest in various ways:

Physical Sensations: Your body may respond to toxic energy with sensations such as tension, headaches, digestive issues, fatigue, muscle aches, or a general feeling of discomfort. These physical signals indicate that your body is detecting an energetic disharmony.

Emotional and Mental Impact: Feelings of anxiety, sadness, irritability, or an overall sense of unease may arise when exposed to negative energy. In some cases, it can lead to a loss of focus, difficulty making decisions, or a decrease in overall productivity.

Intuitive Insights: Intuition, often referred to as the “sixth sense,” can also play a role in perceiving toxic energy. Cultivating a practice of listening to your body and trusting your intuition is very helpful. We should not abandon ourselves to please others because we often end up paying the price in the future.
